How do I send my putter to you? +
Chat to Nathan on WhatsApp first to confirm the job and get the workshop address. I recommend using a tracked, insured courier service. Nathan will ship it back at no extra charge once the work is complete.
What putter brands do you work with? +
Nathan works with most major putter brands including Scotty Cameron, Bettinardi, Toulon, Ping, LAB, Evnroll, and more. Some models with plastic inserts or TaylorMade Spider technology may be limited in finish options — chat to Nathan to confirm.
How long does it take? +
Turnaround times vary by finish. As a guide: Stainless polishing 7–10 days, Cerakote 10–14 days, PVD 14–21 days, Torched 10–14 days, Black Oxide 7–10 days. Nathan will confirm your exact turnaround time before work begins.
Will the refurbishment affect my putter's playability? +
No. Nathan only works on the exterior finish. Loft, lie, and face milling are not altered unless specifically requested. Your putter will play exactly the same — just look better.
Can you refinish putters with plastic inserts? +
Yes, but finish options may be more limited depending on the insert type. Chat to Nathan with your putter model and he'll let you know what's possible.
Do you do grips and shafts too? +
How do I pay? +
Nathan will send a payment request once the job is confirmed. Card, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal and bank transfer are all accepted.
Is return shipping really included? +
Yes. Every job includes tracked return shipping to any UK mainland address.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes, we work with customers worldwide. For most international orders, return shipping is arranged and quoted separately. Some countries may require customers to arrange their own collection. Get in touch to discuss your location.
