Service
Putter Refurb UK provides putter refurbishment services. All work is carried out by Nathan Pugh. By commissioning work you agree to these terms.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are agreed before work commences. Payment is required in full before the putter is returned. We accept bank transfer and PayPal.
Shipping
You are responsible for shipping your putter to us safely and at your own cost. Return shipping to any UK mainland address is included in our prices. We recommend insured tracked shipping.
Liability
We take every care with your putter. In the unlikely event of damage caused during our work, we will discuss resolution with you directly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused during transit to us.
Whilst every care is taken with your putter, Putter Refurb UK accepts no responsibility for items damaged or lost whilst with us or during transit. We strongly recommend sending your putter with a tracked, insured courier service, insured to the full value of the club.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and the specific job. We will communicate with you if there are any delays.
