The Refurbishment Process
From first message to finished putter. Here is exactly what happens.
Design or enquire
Use the Design Your Own tool to build your spec, or send me a WhatsApp. Either works. I quote all jobs personally within same day.
Send photos
Before I quote, I need to see your putter. Send 3 to 10 photos showing the head, face, sole, and any damage. The configurator has a photo upload step built in.
Get your quote
Standard jobs are quoted within same day. Complex builds may take longer. The quote is sent with card, Apple Pay, Klarna, PayPal or bank transfer available.
Post it in
Once you accept, I send postage instructions. Parcelforce 24 is what I recommend. Pack it well and insure it appropriately for its value.
The work
Turnaround times from receipt: Stainless 7 to 10 days. Cerakote 10 to 14 days. PVD 14 to 21 days. Add 4 days for laser engraving. I will update you as it progresses.
Return
