We take pride in every job and aim for complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with the work, please contact us in the first instance to discuss resolution.

Before Work Begins

If you change your mind before work has commenced, we will return your putter at your cost and refund any payment made in full.

After Work Is Completed

If the work does not meet the agreed specification, we will discuss remedies with you, which may include rework or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days via the original payment method.
